By visiting or purchasing from Alix Howell Ceramics ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use our store.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you. Any purchases you make are made directly with Alix Howell Ceramics. Shopify is not a party to your transaction and is not responsible for any aspect of your purchase.

1. Account & eligibility

2. Products

All products are handmade and subject to natural variation as described in our Handmade Variation policy. We make every effort to display our products accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen's display of colors will be completely accurate. Product descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Your order is not accepted until we confirm it and receive payment. Once an order is accepted, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests. If we decline or cancel your order, we will notify you at the contact information you provided and issue a full refund.

4. Prices & payment

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed, as shown in your order confirmation. Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping costs, which will be calculated and shown at checkout. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order.

5. Shipping & risk of loss

We ship within the United States only. All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once your order is handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays outside our control. However, if your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. All content on this website - including product photography, text, graphics, and the overall design - is the property of Alix Howell Ceramics and is protected by US copyright and intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any of this content without our prior written permission. The name "Alix Howell Ceramics" and any associated logos are our trademarks and are protected under common law trademark rights in the United States.

Our ceramics are intended for normal household use only, and must be used in accordance with the care instructions provided. We are not liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from misuse of our products, use outside their intended purpose, failure to follow care instructions, or use of products that have been damaged or altered after delivery.
