Thank you for shopping with Alix Howell Ceramics. Each piece is made by hand and packed with care before it heads your way.

Processing & dispatch

Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of purchase. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Domestic shipping

We ship throughout the United States via USPS or UPS. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Standard shipping: 3–7 business days

• Expedited shipping: 3–4 business days (where available at checkout)

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays during holidays or peak seasons may occur.

Packaging

Every order is wrapped and packed by hand with extra cushioning to protect your ceramics in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please see our Returns & Refunds policy.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

Missing packages

If your tracking shows delivered but your package hasn't arrived, please first check with neighbors and around your property, then contact your local post office. If your package is still missing after 5 business days from the marked delivery date, reach out to us at alixhowellceramics@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help.
